Theresa joined BSE in March of 2002, bringing 13 years of experience.Beginning as a Mechanical CAD operator in 1989 in Minnesota, Theresa moved to Ohio in 1991 to pursue her B.S. degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Dayton. She advanced to Mechanical design engineer in 1997.

Previous project involvement has included renovation and new construction of Fire Stations, Church Facilities, Banks, City Government Facilities, Arenas, Adult Day Cares, Water Treatment Plant, Commercial and Industrial Facilities and system upgrades.

Due to the growing concern of saving energy, Theresa evaluates new and renovated buildings per ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1-20041 to ensure that the building and systems are energy compliant.
